what will radio play 20 years from now be like?

i hope that when my kids turn on the radio and listen to classic rock it isn't full of bands like nickleback, breaking benjamin, or tres dias grace. it would be an embarrassing way to represent our generation. it could be worse if they just played kanye, kris brown, or little wayne. what will our children think of us? will they think their parents were a bunch of shallow tools who think only of drinking alcohol out of glittery chalices, beating women, and driving cars with wheels that look like they're moving when the car isn't?

is this the face you want to represent your generation?

not saying that classic rock from our parents generation is great. in fact i think most of it is boring and not worth my time (a few exceptions exist). but atleast they were real musicians and wrote songs the right way.
(right way: getting fucked and writing whatever gibberish pours out of your mouth.
e.g. "ina goda davida", "hotel california", "the immigrant song" )

let's hope that future radio will just pass over the 2000-2010 mainstream music era for good. think it would be best.

but who knows, maybe their music will be worse. could it get worse?

could you live with your children thinking Creed was your source inspiration while you were growing up?
